Beach Hotels in Hessen from SAR68

"Made reservations months in advance for deluxe room. When checking in was told I could only have a basic room because I was traveling with my service dog. Told the price would be reduced, but at check out, I was told I would need to pay for the more expensive room since I booked with Expedia. The basic room was the size of a walk in closet. The room was very clean, yet the bathroom glasses were not replaced, but left from the night before. The water bottle placed in the room was not...

"Das Hotel wird von Gästen der benachbarten Deutschen Vermögensberatung genutzt. Das ist ein Strukturvertreib und deren Mitarbeiter haben nicht das enstsprechende Nivau für so ein Hotel. Das müsste auf der Homepage des Hotels deutlich gemacht werden. Der Aufenthalt wurde durch diese Gäste deutlich getrübt. Der Wellnessbereich laut und voll. Die Bar laut und voll. Der Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Hotel war schrecklich. Das Benehmnen der Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Vermögensberatung...

"I think the parking was free.... :s The service was superb. We didn't book in advance enough to ger to double beds, so we had a bed and a sofa bed. The biggest kid 14y/o, 6'1" and 180lbs found it a little uncomfortable...but whaddya gonna do? My 9 y/o left his stuffed toy there, the staff set it aside for us to claim, so thankful.
