"Deluxe suite was absolutely huge. Family of 4 had more space then we knew what to do with. Everything was super clean. There was a gala on one evening we were there and the staff said to let them know if it was disturbing us but honestly we could hardly hear it as the rooms were very well sound proofed. The only 2 small criticisms was that The bed was way too hard for my liking - but that is personal preference and that the hot water took ages to come through so a lot of water was wasted waiting for the hot to come through. However this didn’t affect our stay at all as at the end of the day there was hot water. The other thing to note which was slightly disappointing but again didn’t affect our stay. Was that it was declared in the listing of facilities that the deluxe suite had its own private hot tub. It didn’t! What it did have was an oversized and very deep bath tub with NO jet sprays or anything, it was simply a huge bath tub that they called a hot tub purely based on its size. So if you’re booking this room over the other rooms because of the hot tub then don’t as there is no hot tub just a very big basic bath tub. HOWEVER the hotel was absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel in the centre of beautiful Sighisoara, perfect location to explore the Old Town. Huge thanks to manager Dragos for surprising us with a room upgrade, this was really appreciated and great service. Everything was clean and well maintained, beds very comfortable and bathroom had a great shower. Thanks also to Alpar on reception for all the useful information about the town and some other areas we planned to visit next, it was good to have this friendly, welcoming chat. Would happily stay again, hopefully will be back next year. Sighisoara is an absolutely unique and beautiful place!"

"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel. The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint. There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake. The food wasn't great. In the morning, there was no running water in the entire hotel."
