"The building is very old, but you can feel the effort put into keeping it clean and tidy. The staff provided polite and attentive service without being overbearing. Above all, the hot spring is wonderful. The bath on the first floor was too hot for me, so I used the one on the fifth floor instead, and enjoyed a refreshing soak in the morning. "Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "
