"The property was average, nothing special/unique. The hand towel in the bathroom was worn out and probably should have just been retired by the property cleaning staff. The bars of soap were very small and a little larger bar would be preferred. Everything was fine but a few small extra touches like the soap and hand towel would enhance customer perception.
