"Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday. "

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "

"Gorgeous hotel and location. Highly recommend to those who want to relax and be pampered. Professional service. I had the Swiss body treatment. Best treatment I have ever had and I have had many treatments all over the world. I had dinner at Memories located in the hotel. The cuisines and service were phenomenal. It truly was a memorable night. "

"Fantastic location for a ski holiday! Right in the middle of town, shopping and great restaurants (incl in the hotel!)! Across the street from the funicular, so super easy access to the Corviglia mountain. Staff was super friendly, included breakfast was great! Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and a hot sauna after skiing every day was fantastic! Only complaint is that you can't adjust the thermostat in your room, it seems like its managed centrally, so had to sleep with the windows open...
