"This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced. Our room was so dirty and the smell was overwhelming. The AC until was full of mold and dirt. The bedding was covered in burns. Ended up checking out after one day of a two day trip. The bathroom looked like someone did not clean it and was full of someone’s hair. Beware of this place."

"I loved it's proximity to IWU. The breakfast options were great! Coffee was cheap. Thankfully, Lola's was close. The room was rather dusty and the baseboards were not clean. It seemed like the room had not been used for a while. I loved the ease of check-in and out and the homey feeling. The place had everything needed to make meals or snacks. Thank you for everything!! "We LOVED this property! It is extremely clean, well decorated, and stocked. The bed was especially comfortable, and both my daughter and I slept well. If you are visiting Taylor University it is close to campus. There are three units on the property, and the walls are not soundproof, but they have a sign posted to be considerate of your neighbors.
