Location and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views of Jungfrau & loved sleeping with peaceful sound of cowbells at night. Breakfast was phenomenal, staff was so warm & welcome. Fondue dinner at the deck is a treat after long day of hiking & travel. Wengen is heaven on earth.

This was a nice hotel. There was construction going on so a bit noisy. Staff at breakfast and in lobby were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Located near a gondola and had a coop (grocery store) within 100 meters or so. Also very close to the train station. A walk up the hill to the main area of town but there’s a shuttle that comes by on the half hour.

The building is about 150 years old but has all the modern conveniences. The staff who checked us in was very informative and helpful. Our room had a good view of waterfalls and cliffs surrounding the area.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Wengen. Rooms were very nice. Some rooms had balconies. No A/C but that’s to be expected.

Neatly maintained

We loved this place!!!! It was like a fairytale. The view from our room was awesome! Also, the servers in the restaurants were friendly and helpful . Our room was cozy, beds comfy, and big for all of us! Three of us stayed and even the couch bed was comfy. We were close to BLM train and not far from cable car. There was hiking and access to the flower park which my kids loved. We hiked to Gimmelwald too Back up actually and it was hard but my kids did it! They even paraglided ! 5 stars!! We didn’t want to leave

Great location, very quiet and safe. Everything was within walking distance.

A wonderful stay! Room, view, water fountain, coffee in the room, housekeeping, pool, everything was so nice.
