"If I could give this hotel more stars I would. The staff was exceptional, room was large and well appointed, very clean. Parking was free and easy, close to hotel. We chose not to have breakfast but enjoyed their delicious coffee in the room. Highly recommend. Walk to the train station was easy, train to Copenhagen was 12-14 minutes."

"I was visting family so dodnt have any breakfasts in the hotel but when I looked inside each morning on my way out it looked excellent as far as I could tell and plenty of guests looking very happy in there. I didn't have a car with me but from my window I could see the carpark area was fine."

Das Bad ist sehr knapp bemessen, sodass das Waschbecken beim Duschen komplett nass wird. Insgesamt als Familie (für 4 Personen) nicht möglich, kostenlos storniert wegen Doppelbuchung."

"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...

"Great host. Easy and fast communication. Property was great for our needs and family of 4.We had plans in Hellerup so the area was ideal for us but also a short easy drive into downtown. "

"Nice size room and perfectly clean & quiet. Mattress tended to roll me into the middle which was unfortunate but seems to be a feature of Danish double beds. Breakfast crowded but it was a bank holiday weekend. Brasserie was really good with excellent service."

"Wonderful hotel. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and tasteful. The cozy hour was very popular (as you can imagine), but I can confirm the wines on offer were very good. We had more when we returned from our nights out! Located near the lake, it was a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and 8 minutes to Metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too."
