"It good stay. It’s a little outdated but honestly not that bad"

"It’s clean and beautiful. The staff members are helpful, kind, and friendly."

"Might look a little rustic but room was super nice and remodeled. Will stay again."

"Would have given 5 stars, but the hot water ran out while I was taking a shower. Loved the huge room!!"

"Rooms are very, very dirty"

"The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway."

"Poor in all regards except clean sheets and towels."

"This was a fantastic property and much nicer than being at a hotel for a week. The grounds are really pretty and the neighborhood is nice for walks. Erin was amazing and it was nice to have coffee in the morning, breakfast provided if you wanted it and a really quiet experience. Note that this is a house from the 1950s and modern amenities are there, but it's definitely like traveling back in time a little bit"

"Perfect place to stay if you are coming to Rocky Mount for a show at The Harvester"

"We had a fantastic family stay at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great home base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake. The location was the biggest highlight. We enjoyed the private lakeside beach, pools, walking paths, waterfront views, and beautiful sunsets without needing to drive everywhere. We rented a pontoon from The Dock at Smith Mountain Lake and spent a full day boating, tubing, swimming, and relaxing on the water. We also visited Smith Mountain Lake...

"Great place to stay"

"We loved the tiny cabin! Great communication with our host and plenty of amenities for a weekend trip to the mountains."

"The place is pristine. We only stayed one night because we were visiting a client in the area and needed to come back. But the place invites you to stay longer. The condo has everything we need. They even had 7 different types of coffee. The view is amazing, and we even cooked. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. We would love to stay longer."

"I enjoyed my stay! Amazing lake and mountain views from the balcony! The owner was pleasant and responsive making the process easy."
