"Wish I had gotten the name of the woman who put out the breakfast buffet. She was such a delight and extremely helpful."

"Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . Later I sent my grandson to get an extra blanket again no one at front desk after waiting several minutes still no one shoes up so he came back. For breakfast biscuits were hard like hockey pucks gravy was thin like water , hash browns and sausage looked...

"The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering. I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...

"Room was small but mostly clean. The sink in the bathroom was dirty like someone just rinsed their mouth and left. The floor in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Breakfast was ok. Walmart is just across the street and there were plenty of restaurants around within walking distance. Would stay again in the future."

"Good hotel for the weekend."

"Fairly new property"

"I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"Always clean, friendly staff."

"Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful."

"The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking . Gouges in the wall. Coffee was good"

"Comfortable"
