"Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum."

"Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler. Otelin kendini geliştirebileceği konular var, ancak yine de ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar diyebiliriz. Canlı müzik yapan kişi epey başarılıydı, o ses gibi yarışmalara gitmesini öneririz. "

"Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****"

"Everything so amazing..leave hotel and get chairlift.. Snow wasn't ready, season hasnt open yet but Hotel services extremely good, amazing open buffet breakfast and mountain view and friendly stuff made our getaway priceless.. Worth every penny.. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 "
