"Great spot to explore the amazing Swiss mountains of the valais! Owner aneliese is very nice and a great host. We loved the quiet traditional Swiss village setting and the amazing views. Would definitely recommend chalet alpenrose! Perfect location to explore zermatt and the matterhorn, the aletsch arena and all the rest of the amazing valais!"

Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region."

"Wooden floors and cozy rooms, nice balcony, great modern/old chalet mix, very nice owners who took care of our luggage as well, ski in ski out location (even to the gondola down at the end of our weekend), and hearty breakfast with mountain views! Highly recommend!"

"Die Wohnung ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, die Bilder im Netz zeigen auf keinen Fall die Realität! Die Wohnung ist winzig klein und wäre max. für 2 Personen nutzbar. Noch schlimmer aber ist, dass die Unterkunft dreckig und absolut heruntergekommen ist. In der „Küche“ fehlt es an einem Backofen und Menschen über 1,6 m können hier nicht vernünftig kochen.
Das mit Linoleum ausgelegte Mini-Badezimmer schimmelt und riecht Danke des alten Duschvorhanges muffig. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer...
