"The parking garage is a LONG way to the room when you are carrying luggage. Hit everything else was great."

"Bathroom dirty, food and a pill on the floor, cheap tissue, bed hard, low water pressure in shower"

"Herb, at the front door, noticed me unloaded a baby stroller, my mother’s walker, and our bags. He came across the street, greeted us, and carried our bags in for us. So, we only had to worry about getting ourselves in the hotel. The next morning on the way out, he carried and loaded our bags for us again. "Overall is ok but there are nothing to looking forward coming back staying again. Staff wasn’t helpful, checked in very late from the time receptionist told us. Breakfast just ok but less options if compared to any Hyatt that I stayed. Room amenities were ok, but not really clean and the floor was really sticky."

"The convenient location of this hotel in downtown Baton Rouge is its finest quality, followed by roomy suites with river-facing balconies."
