"Older building in need of some repair, but large room with ok queen bed and small fridge. Good pressure in shower. Maid service pleasant and brought us extra towels for our 2 day stay. Mostly construction crew there, but were very quiet. No real amenities, but will stay there again when visiting our family in the area."

"I was surprised by the level of trust put into the use of online rental and check-in process. To me it was very unique to find the hotel and realize there was not a front desk person. However the signs indicated on the window showed me the way to find my room and get into the room itself. After several attempts to get in we called the number again and they reset the password and gave us some hints as to opening the door. "Excellent location in Sunland! Level spot. A couple of notes to consider is this can be a shared spot with another RV as the listing shows. There is both 50 and 30 amp on the power box we used (in front of shed in pictures), but the 30 amp was not conducive to the power cord in my trailer. It would not go in to connect all the way flat as the 30 amp box has a lip that goes all the way around. Luckily, I had a 30 to 50 amp connector so there was no problem, but if not, this definitely would have...

"We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!"

"The property is more beautiful than I expected. Sadly, we stayed just one night at the end of May and at that time there was a beautiful rushing creek down the bank in the back yard that fed into the Columbia River across the way. Stunning trees enveloped the backyard and their leaves collaborated with the creek to make a beautiful soundtrack to go with our morning coffee.
