"Las características de las habitaciones deben ir mas especificas, el baño no era privado dentro de la habitación sino que estaba en un pasillo y la privacidad en este sentido fue cero pues los demás huéspedes se encontraban por ahí. Por favor incluyan todos los impuestos y seguros en el precio final, es mejor programarse a un tarifa establecida que sorprenderme con costos que si bien se que se deben pagar deben ser mencionados exactamente. "Estupendo hotel oara pernoctar y descansar entre Medellín y Bogotá, justo antes de una parte de la carretera muy pesada. Además el pueblo de Guaduas es muy bonito y el hotel precioso, con excelente atención y servicio, tienen servicio de SPA e ideal para descansar"

"First impression was surprising. the dimensions and details are ok. however, its a bit away from the main road, and access road in bad shape. not a fault of the hotel I assume. unfortunately, small things like a last days, the running water in the mornings were unavailable. needs to chase early in the morning someone to help. breakfast buffet starts until 8am. very late. few offers for dinner or lunch, and small crew to attend the wide and huge area. no doubt, with a bit care, including new...
