"This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff are just beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond. I had to leave early due to Covid-19 and they were so kind, supportive and helpful - I can't recommend this place enough! It's more like a 5 star and the rooms / pool are lovely. "The location and spacious rooms are a major positive. However for the price, there are so many updates and improvements needed. The rooms are shabby and mistreated - there were scuff marks all over the walls and floor, so the suite didn't feel clean at all. The building hallways are dark and in bad need of renovation. "Tuvimos un mala experiencia, tienen arañas por todos lados. Mi mujer fue picada y cuando solicite urgencia medica no tenian. Encontramos arañas en una toalla y cuando lo informamos a la gente de recepcion nos pidieron que mandemos las fotos a un mail de Amerian. A partir de ahi, las mucamas dejaron de proveernos toallas, deduzco por nuestro reclamo. Instalaciones y atencion general muy bueno. Es una lastima que un hotel 4 estrellas se vea opcado por lo señalado anteriormente."
