Great place. Relaxing pool. Impeccable service…sometimes almost too attentive. Room was lovely. Recommend the deluxe room with butler service. The butler made so many last-minute dinner reservations for us at the most popular places in town.

Very good Hotel, and the part I liked the most was that the Hotel elevator takes you directly to a shopping mall, where you can find lots of stores and food. Personal in the hotel were very nice and open to any needs. Would recomend this hotel 100%. Make sure to get a room with city view!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Their customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet, wonderful! We were served by Clara several times and she was amazing! I have already recommended it to my friends, and we’ll definitely go back again.

We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!

Just a short ride away from Cartagena, this hotel is in a premium location in Barú. The hotel staff was excellent and food was great. The facilities are superb. A great place to visit and relax.

Hotel Salento Real was great! The location is perfect, only a 1-5 minute walk to most restaurants, shops, and bars. At first I was a little apprehensive that it seemed to be on a dark, quiet street, but after getting to know Salento I quickly realized what a safe town it is and never felt uneasy making my way to the hotel. We stayed one night in Novotel it is at Park 93. The room are clean and big but the best are the staff specially Piter. Highly recommended.

Is a very nice hotel, the location is great, nearby everything even walk distance to a mall. The hotel staff is pretty good, specially front desk but I have to say the restaurant staff is very slow, the breakfast is reasonable doesnt has that many options but if ok considering is an executive hotel but the staff forgets everything. Brand new IBIS hotel with excellent staff who really cared and gave great support. Bathroom even had a granite sink and nice tile floor and shower. Bed very firm. Air conditioning superb. IBIS Cucuta needs a ice machine in the lobby since the bathroom sink water never got that cold.
