Yes, the shower is tiny but you can make adjustments by using the removal shower head to give move room. Having the floor heaters in the bedroom and bathroom was beneficial. The place is very secluded as there is no neighbors near by that you can see from any part of property. You will for sure need 4*4 to get up the driveway and into the parking area, but does have covered parking so that was a nice touch.
