The room felt like it had been decorated recently and was quite spacious and comfortable and cost effective There were plenty of places to sit and a large walk in shower. Great bed The inn provides a large tasty breakfast with three menu choices. It was served promptly and hot Only things the room lacked were a dresser or couple of shelves and complementary shampoo All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would gladly go back"

"This historic cottage on the oldest golf course in the United States was a gem of a find. The inside was beautifully decorated but with a modern update including the kitchen with all the conveniences. Everything we needed was there. We loved sitting on the porch in the lovely wooden rockers and watching the hummingbirds at the feeders and other birds and wildlife as well as golfers on the course. The host was very responsive to messages. We would highly recommend a stay at Tarry Moore...

"Wow. What a spectacular place to stay! My husband and I were instantly transported to a place of peace and calm. We spent a good portion of our stay out on the deck, listening to the sound of the water rushing by in the creek which was right beside the house. The house itself was pristine. We were able to make our dinner in the small kitchen area and enjoyed grilled steaks out on the gas grill. "Be aware that the "twin bed" is a couch in the living room, and the room with the full bed and twin is a full bed with a roll out twin trundle underneath. Cell service is also limited and there was not wifi. However, if you are looking for a quiet get away--this spot will deliver!"

"I wish I could give this cottage 10 stars! Very clean and cozy with many added touches that made it feel like home. The hosts were so gracious and kind, and the cottage was one of the highlights of our stay. All of our activities were within a close driving distance, and the cottage was quiet in the evenings for a relaxing night after a day packed full of fun. "The cabin was nice, having to clean before we left, not so great considering how dirty it was under the sectional, which I did not clean. I did no mind being inning my own bed linens and towels and appreciate being able to bring my dogs. I think asking for atop for the person cleaning was a bit much, not to mention the unfriendly note everwhere."
