"The property and the people were good. Except this has been the third time we’ve been to the Heritage Inn ‘and they say the hot tub is running.. Again we get there and it is not working. They keep saying it just broke down but that’s been over three years that we know of that it just broke down either. Take it off the website and don’t advertise it because that was the reason we went there. We stayed three days because we thought it was working again ,and before we booked i called the hotel...

"Staff was amazing, breakfast was ok. Clean rooms, beds were a little on the harder side, didn't sleep very well. Overall, I wouldn't single it out if we happened to be going through there again. "

"Breakfast was prompt and was fairly decent. Shower backed up, grout falling off otherwise rooms were decent. Area surrounding property didn’t seem to be the best area, but we didn’t experience any problems. "

"The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it. They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t...

"We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river."

"Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry."

"Was strictly microwave breakfast, but ample selection. Cereal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee, etc. Very unique and tastefully restored building. Beautiful bar. Read the history of the building and watch the video of the restoration of a historic block. Considered it a privilege to stay."

"Friendly knowledgable staff and a clean, well kept facility. The only minor issue was the morning breakfast selection left something to be desired."

"Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them."

"There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive. "

"When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot."
