"booked two rooms, one for a family with two kids. Only one double bed. no bed for kids. Got a room with three beds, room that was in bad shape."

"The only upsides of this lodge are reasonably comfortable beds and low cost. There is only cold water, the WIFI did not work, the room originally offered to us did not have a remote for the AC, while there was a small fridge there was no kettle. Our reservation could not be found on arrival. The reception area is not clean and gave the impression that the place is not really open for business - the staff did not seem able to check us in."

"Eine Bruchbude! Sie waren überrascht über meine Ankunft und hatten keine Ahnung von meiner Reservation und schon gar nicht von der Vorauszahlung. Völlig unvorbereitet! Es waren Unterhaltsarbeiten im Gange. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle in einer anderen Lodge übernachten.
