My daughter enjoyed the pool, although it was small. The breakfast was excellent. And great service from the staff. Highly recommend!"

Amazing views from our villa#23! —the villa itself was not decorated well; a black leather couch and heavy red curtains; it had no ‘Panamian feel’ … this missed the mark. -both swimming pools are missing tiles…it didn’t detract from our pleasure! But it gives an ‘old’ and uncared-for impression. However, the property is being renovated so I assume this will be attended too."

"This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced in Panama. I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger. "Fireside Inn is a lovely, restful, rustic retreat local near a mountain river. The Inn has its own ducks enjoying a small stream and little duck pound. George’s Grill offers great food. Try the baked fish in banana leaves or the tasty breakfasts. Had a lovely walk up the hill to see waterfalls, coffee trees, and many flowers. Or walk down hill to Boquete and enjoy flowers and rock walls"
