"The room had no refrigerator and no iron for your clothes. Breakfast was nothing like expected. Parking was good and safe. The cost to stay should not have been as much."

I sent numerous messages with no response and had to resort to calling the number provided for urgent issues. The internet service went down and with no explanation all day. Eventually restored later that night. The person I spoke to was pleasant, but couldn’t help with the internet. She did bring over the towels I requested immediately. The host never responding to any messages during the entire stay...

"The office had no record of my reservation. Extra charges on top of what I was quoted. roaches in bathroom. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Said free wi fi but there was no internet. TV wanted my Google password in order to watch."
