"We booked the junior suite and it was very comfortable and roomy. Was not expecting to see individual plastic toiletries which were fairly basic- no shower cap. Was expecting glasses for drinking instead of paper cups. Glasses were provided upon request. Plugs in sinks not working and reported. Shame there was no tea/ coffee provided in room as with other French hotels. Staff were excellent and really helpful in all areas of our stay. Perfect location for the old harbour. "

"We booked this hotel mainly because it had an evening reception and a restaurant as we were arriving on a Saturday evening. The Expedia website stated that 'The front desk is open daily from 5 PM - 11 PM' and 'This hotel features a casino, a restaurant and a bar/lounge.' However, when we arrived at about 6.30pm we found the hotel locked and deserted! We eventually contacted the hotel by phone at 7.00pm and were told that the hotel was closed and that the restaurant was not open! We were...
