"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"

We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. "Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"Nothing unique, just a regular hotel property. Unfortunately the food isn’t really Greek style and could be better. We decided to eat outside. Also the noise of the kids can be a bit annoying. But it’s not an adult only hotel, therefore you have to try to be seated at least outside. Staff has always been nice and try to accommodate our requests. The a la card restaurants you have to make an online reservation and on the day you get confirmation for almost an hour later - sorry, that’s not how...

"The hotel was charming, located on a tucked away little street just a short stroll from the Venetian Port. Be aware that there are some stairs to get to the hotel and we were on the 5 th floor with no elevator. "

"I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm"

"We only stayed one night at this fabulous boutique hotel in old town Chania, but definitely would've spent more if we had more time. The location is excellent, right in the old town but not in the busiest, loudest section. Eleni, the proprietor of the hotel, will check you in and give you all kinds of good recs for the area.
