"Reserved for a comfort triple with a separate bedroom with 2 twins/ 1 king and a twin in living room. Was put in a double with smaller room and no bedroom living area separated. The hotel staff continually argued that it was an upgrade like I was stupid. They did give me the room reserved after 2 days and provided free breakfast. I had to argue to get back the free breakfast when they removed the breakfast after 2 days. "

"The hotel was close to many things including the cruise port. The staff was very helpful and kind! Great rooftop bar and restaurant. We stayed there two days befire heading out on a 18 day cruise! "
