"Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the...

"Very modern and beautiful decor. Rooms are on the small side with very little room to place personal items. Bed and nightstands are low, it's not inconvenient but rather hard on us older patrons. Location is great, staff friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to return here."

Dinner was worse, most of the crowd remained to see the Eurochampions final. It was noisy and they did not provide separate space for (dinner) those who did not want to share the soccer experience and remained so until the wee hours. "This should not be classified as hotel more like a hostel, the general appearance is dated and run down, despite the room I stayed in being large I had to keep the TV on to provide enough light as the only bulb within the room was so dim it only lit the corner wall it was fixed to. The shower/wetroom was dirty the whole time I stayed (4 nights) shower curtain had stains, wall tiles had mould instead of grout and the bathroom door frame (at the bottom - 30/40 cm) was black with mould.
