"Very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the city outstanding. Would have liked a room with a view rather than the noisy bar across the street. Also, a bit strange bathroom design……very cramped. However, I gave this hotel high marks. Very good service!"

"Nicely located, clean and comfortable. Has a decent gym. The only downside is that breakfast buffet is not included. I understand that Klagenfurt is an expensive town, but breakfast should really be included with the high room rate they charge. "

"The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. "Excellent place to holiday. Relaxation,spa,walks,great food,scenery and service. Didn't want for anything. Best resort on our 10week trip.. Would be silly not to stop here if you were in the location!"

"Very nice resort! Excellent breakfast!! Room was clean and nice except there was no air conditioning and no screen on the French door. The door had to be kept open 24/7 for air, which let in neighbor's smoke and bugs!! Would go back to the new section of the resort."
