"We loved the views of the lake and volcano, the food was great, the hiking trails were tons of fun, the dante waterfall was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely amazing! We loved Howard and our beautiful waitress with red hair! Also, don't let the shared bathrooms scare you away from the casona. It was an amazing room with the best view and toucans!"

The thermal pools were emptied and pressure cleaned every day (impressive), then obviously refilled. Everything was constantly being maintained and cleaned. The breakfast was beyond our expectations.
