"The Agora Swiss is located within minutes of the SBB (it's walkable) and right off of a main street in Lausanne. The front desk staff is very customer-focused: pleasant and helpful. The Agora is right near a main busline that services a good portion of Lausanne and goes down to the port of Lake Geneva's cruislines. Our room was very clean, and a good size. Two guest chairs and a small desk. Bedding was plush and comfortable. There is a lounge area at the front of the hotel so you can get out of...

"Hotel is up on a very steep hill from the train station so be mindful of that. Room was spacious, barebones amenity wise, but comfortable regardless. Paid for a garden view room but didn’t get one (unless they meant rock garden???). Good value despite all of this."

"Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is that they had the elevator not working. I had a room in the 3rd floor so you can imagine carrying suitcases, strollers, etc. and no one to help. "

"Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back. "

"Clean rooms, but rather smaller and simpler than one might expect from a four-star hotel. Hotel staff were generally helpful with directions. WiFi worked well. Breakfast, at 20 CHF, seemed expensive and was not chosen. The system for storage of luggage for guests arriving before check-in or wishing to leave their luggage at the hotel after check-out needs to be revamped; piling the luggage in a corner of the reception lobby seems less than optimal in a number of respects."

"Need better entrance to hotel. Didn’t like walking through parking gate to entrance. Otherwise hotel is clean and rooms are well done with usb ports to charge the phones. Only stayed for 1 night."
