"What a nice hospitality we’ve had! I can’t explain enough, but I’d like to recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit BSB, Brunei. Great breakfast, friendly staff both in front and restaurant, clean room with nice city view. I don’t know when, but my second visit is a must to share with my family experiences which can’t be got from other countries. ʾin shāʾa-llāh. "

"古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。 チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。 部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。 スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 また泊まりたい。"

"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is in the shopping area, with malls and the famous night market close by. There are plenty of dining options around the property. Our room is clean and has plenty of space, but it needs a modern upgrade. The breakfasts are the best especially when it comes to the unlimited choices of desserts! "

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall. The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."
