But if you need to be close to the Berlin airport the night before a flight, as I did, then this is the perfect place to stay. The Schönefeld S-Bahn is just a five minute walk away and will get you to the airport within 10 minutes. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dorint. The room was big and the facilities were excellent. We didn't use the spa or sauna but they are available for a fee. Reception was very friendly and offered plenty or tourist advice. Onsite parking is available for a fee. For longer stays, if you forfeit room cleaning, they offer a bar drink voucher as a reward. Town centre or Sanssouci palace each about 15 minutes walk. The buffet breakfast was the best we have had."
