"Great resort, some of the facilities for kids were not working/available while we were there. Will come back for another stay for sure!"

"Na"

"Stylish, luxury and stunning view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Piano player and staff were wonderful. A comfortable first-time stay and we'll be back. Thank you"

"I think the big problem they have the staff is the same as everywhere else. Young staff inexperienced that have been thrown in the deep end to deal with people that obviously have travelled and now know how it works and some points are disappointing. When the young staff don’t listen to the orders i.e. the dining room when two meals arrive and one person sits there because the order was never taken at exactly the same time how this happens. I don’t know but the problem was resolved."

"The property has been restored and the bars restaurants all have been done to the highest standards. However the accommodation rooms have not been done to the same standards. The toilet in my room faced a wall , leaving my knees hard against a wall when I sat on it . The shower outlet was at shoulder level , meaning I had to get on my knees to was my hair. The towels were placed in a broken cupboard above the fridge. Nowhere near the shower . The windows did not the the views I was...

"Absolutely lovely stay, only thing was that the pool was closed for the winter so couldn’t even relax by it as it doesn’t open until the end of October"

"Lovely and quirky surprise. Don't miss dinner!!"

"初めてオーストラリアシドニーに行きました。ブルーマウンテン近くの高級アパートメントホテル使いがあってもよく日本人にもお勧めです。ブルーマウンテンのクリス公園も歩いて10分位近いところに泊まれるとは朝早く起きて夕方誰もいない。ブルーマウンテンの公園を歩くのは最高。いろんな鳥たちがとてもたくさんいました。最高"

"Well maintained, vintage building with ditto style. Very friendly reception, very good bed, the room and bathroom was not very spacious but good enough for this single traveller."

"The loft apartment was fantastic!"

"Upon arrival to our room we found that a hinge pin was missing from the bathroom door making it impossible to open and close, we asked them to repair it, they said they would fix it the next day, but it still hadn’t been done when we left four days later."

"Excellent location. Good motel. Park in front of room. Table and chairs outside for a beer. Goid size room. Good bathroom. Toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, fridge. Good bed."

"Clean room close to info centre and nice day walks! TV did not have free to air connected & shower temperature not consistent. Room was well looked after and easy check in."

"Clean and close to everything"

"Very clean and convenient to attractions in the blue mountains Not there is no lift. Fortunately we were on the first floor ( 2 flights of stairs) Would stay again."

"Everything was fantastic and comfortable. Only thing was the fridge in room was smelly."

"Good location, walk into town, and shop across road"

"Enjoyed my stay. I would book again. Beds are comfortable and the cleaning attendance is great. My only inconveniences were you couldn't really open the windows, except for the bathroom to get some fresh air. The fan didn't really turn off at "off" switch. I think the knobs have been switched. There is nowhere to hang your towels or clothes when taking a shower and there are 2x weird open screws on the walls. The bathroom mirror isn't for short people. I chuckled just seeing a glimpse of my...
