"This is not a bad hotel. The biggest problem I had was that the room is advertised on Hotels.com as being air-conditioned but it is not air-conditioned and there are no air-conditioned in the whole hotel. The temperature when I arrived in Tatvan was 41c. After talking to 4 different people on Hotels.com on the phone for 90 minutes I managed to get a fan put in the room."

"A great location with an amazing lake view. Great if you want to step out and walk along the lake. We stayed a Friday night so there was live music all along the walkway which lasted until midnight snd you could hear it from the rooms but for us everything else including the hospitality of the staff was worth it."
