"Upon arrival we learned that spa water was cold because the nearby lake was open for swimming. Not what the voucher promised. 15 minutes’ waiting for hot water for tea during breakfast did not improve our mood either."

"For skiing nearby, once still has to walk a lot or use the car to get to nearby parking spot in case the nearby lift is closed. "

"Very comfortable stay in a nice location. I enjoyed it and could see myself purchasing a vacation home there eventually."

"Great service. Breakfast service doesn't start until 7.30 which is a bit late but they kindly prepared a breakfast early for me on my departure day (so I could leave in time for my flight). Also a shame the SPA is not open until after lunch. A swim before breakfast can be very welcome for a business traveller."

"Our stay at the hotel was a quick stopover for one night. Hotel was a ski resort and had lovely views, and lots for kids to do. The Hotel itself is a little dated but very clean, staff very helpful. Rooms- again dated but clean, bathroom- a little small. Beds - very firm ( not my thing unfortunately ) Food - was great. "
