"Everything was amazing, starting by the check in process until everything else. However there are few things I'd like to mention: 1- the beach is far and need to walk along way going down the stairs then going back up. 2- some showerheads were not working on the beach, I had sea salt in my eyes and had to walk to the far showerheads to clean up. 3- we had to order housekeeping stuff (bath robes and sponges) everal times before they send them. 4- this is just for future awareness, at the pools...

"It's a bit off the beaten path but I kind of enjoy that. Signage to the hotel itself is somewhat of a challenge if you come in at night. Property itself is nice and I love the shuttle to the Dead Sea."

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...
