"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. "4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍"

"This is a really big hotel but well staffed so very efficient. Instant check in , good size room and we had no impact from noisy neighbours so slept well in the comfy beds. Breakfast was a busy affair but limitless choice done well and again well managed. The pool is great , the bar and reception areas have a relaxed feel. Good location to stroll to playa en bossa (5mins)and Ibiza town(35 mins) or circa 10euro taxi. All in a great stay. Thank you. "

"Wonderful place to stay and close to the main clubs. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was super nice. Only thing I will say is that we had two friends come to the room before we went out and the security guard knocked on the door and made them leave. I’ve never had that happen before"

"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."
