"Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training."

"El aire acondicionado no lo puedes controlar tu mismo, por lo que hemos pasado calor, el agua de la ducha sale poco chorro de agua, y nos dieron una habitacion en la planta baja, que daba a la terraza por el que pasa gente y se oyen mucho las conversaciones..., etc..., no nos ha gustado."

"What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!"

"We love the city of Avila and the location of this apartment worked really well for us. Inside the walls of the city, just downhill from one of the major squares that has several restaurants. Around the corner were some shops. It was great and worked well for the 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids. Avila is great because it isn't overcrowded with tourists. There are tourists but we did not encounter any lines and the town has a great, little city, feel. Between the wall, cathedral, churches, and...

"Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fine & a bargain at €2. Will definitely return when in beautiful Avila. Muchas Gracias!"
