Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed. "Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. Also, 2 different wait staff asked...

"As others have said, the rooms are a bit worn, but I think the price reflects that. The location is excellent and our communication with the property before our stay was excellent regarding parking and fold out couch. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to Canberra. "
