"New beds were very nice. The staff always lets us stay out in the lobby for parties as long as we like. They could use new TV's. They still have the old 32 inch tvs."

"This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers.
