"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"The location was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. The logistics of getting to the hotel could be a bit more descriptive as it’s a little tricky! But once we found the correct parking lot we were well taken care of and the really nice crew got us up to the hotel in the old city. Those guys work hard and are so helpful!
