"Worst motel I have EVER stayed at in 65 years! Filthy, disgusting room. Shower head was not attached to the tub!! NO bar in closet to hang clothes! Light above the sink didn’t work BUT buzzed all night. Somebody was allowed to do a major truck overhaul next to the handicapped spot- totally unsafe. I left after one night even though could not get a refund. The parking lot looked like a war zone. I cannot understand how the owner has the audacity to even stay opened. IF THIS WERE THE ONLY...

"Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing."

"My wife and I had such a romantic time here!"

"Very cute. Amanda the host is communicative and helpful. Very comfortable and we slept well. We are older and very healthy so it was fine for us."

"We love the cabin and would definitely stay there again. It’s easy to find with GPS and the area is quiet. It is within a reasonable distance from Boone and other attractions. "

"Cabin was super cute! Host was helpful when needed."

"The property was clean, well Maintained and well stocked. Once you figure out the turn going in, it’s very accessible. Downtown is about 10 minutes away with a lot of things to do and places to eat. The check in process was smooth and and unremarkable. It’s small but cozy and the surrounding people are very friendly. Overall a great experience!"

"Cool little cabin with a warm feeling. Great that they allowed our dog. Awesome little upstairs loft area for my son. "

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The fire pit was the best part. The host was very polite over the phone and we had a great time here."

"Wonderful place. It was so peaceful. Would absolutely recommend!"

"We loved the solitude and the fact that we could walk trails without leaving the property. The house was unique, charming, and had a wonderful homey feeling. I can’t wait to go back!"

"This cabin is perfect for two! Decor is attractive with mountain theme. The back porch is perfect, about 15 feet from a rushing stream. Wonderful if you like being away from everything and everybody. If you need to be entertained you might want to stay closer to civilization. Bed, recliner, and couch are all comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I recommend this cabin"
