"Aruba Breeze did not have our reservation, despite my booking it three months ahead. And how they already ran our credit card for a full six nights. We got there and had no place to stay. At 11:30 pm. In a country we’d never been to. Their office manager was of little assistance. The managers at the next-door condo, The Pearl, we’re sympathetic and helped us with a place to stay that night. "

"The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The stairs leading to our room were very steep. Our room was situated separate from the other rooms. Assistance was needed to carry luggage upstairs and these stairs could be deemed as challenging for the elderly and people with special needs. The staff are very friendly. If you enjoy animals you will like their little dogs and cat. To avoid waiting at checkout, discuss preferred payment method during your stay. Breakfast was good...
