"The home was very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and always prompt and pleasant. It was definitely a welcome and stay. Close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants and for those who like to cook and eat in there are markets near by. There are two wonderful porches to enjoy morning coffee and fresh fruits or tarts as well as meals or drinks and dessert in the evening. It is very peaceful with a lovely view."

"The property is run down. Visually it is not what I expected. In the summer the golf greens are completely brown. They do not adjust their green fees. The workout facility is dirty and old. Carpet and equipment is dirty. The tennis courts are not maintained. Everything looks like it’s falling apart paint peeling and wood splitting. The biggest issue is my son got severe food poisoning from the terrace restaurant and tested positive for cyclospora. He remains very sick. When I told the property...
