Perfect spot with plenty of room

Everything was as expected. Great location. With four bedrooms we all had plenty of space. The place was very nice and comfortable and good amenities.

Spring break family vacation 3/8-3/15/2025

We have stayed at several beachfront vacation rentals over the years, and this one is our new favorite! The unit was so well decorated, clean, and roomy. There was enough space for all seven adults to have a comfortable stay. The hosts thought of so many nice details as well. The showers were stocked with full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as travel-sized toiletries. There was coffee for the first morning, travel-sized dish soap, trash bags, and salt and pepper shakers. They even had a nice collection of board games we played on the cooler nights. The well-maintained pool was heated during our stay, which was most welcoming on the cooler days! The premises were clean and safe. It was also convenient to have reserved parking spaces in the lower-level garage on rainy days. We are grateful to the hosts for the hospitality and letting us stay in their “slice of heaven”! We hope to return in the future!

Extended family get away

We had some issues with the washer and management replied immediately and ended up bringing in a whole new washing machine. I had other questions that were answered immediately. I never had to wait. I appreciate knowing they were always a text away. It made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Beachfront Beauty

Spacious property with great in unit amenities. Pool was wonderful. Easy access with reserved umbrella and chairs to private beach area. Access to easy to use gas grills right near the pools was an added bonus. Close enough to hundreds of restaurants but did not feel crowded or chaotic. The patio is large with seating for the whole group at once. Would highly recommend!

Excellent unit!

We absolutely loved the unit. It was super clean and very comfortable. Our only complaints, which would be out of the control of the owners, are that the close proximity to the pool means you constantly hear the gates slam, as well as people partying into the midnight hours while trying to enjoy the beautiful balcony. If lack of quiet time on the balcony isn't a dealbreaker for you, this unit will have everything you want. The full sized washer and dryer were a huge plus!

Great location for large families

We had a great experience. Beach isn’t over crowded, pool is large, plenty of space in the unit. We had a few minor hiccups with appliances, but the host and property manager were very communicative and quick to address them. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Stay

This location is beautiful. The condo is comfortable for a family of 4 with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, dining room table, living room and balcony. The furnishings are beautiful down to the artwork. The view from the balcony is why you take a beach vacation. The pool was heated and wonderful since we stayed in late October. Customer service was great with easy communication and quickly resolved issues. My only advice would be to figure out the internet issue. We all had to use the Fitness Center network which was not secured. The wifi network recommended on all of our paperwork didn't work. None of the condo 205 networks. That was a little frustrating. Other than that, great vacation! I highly recommend!

Great location! So many positives!

We loved this condo right on the beach and pool views as well! Plenty of space for all 7 of us. We had a great time and the location was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils/pots and pans needed. Extra freezer for ice as a great addition! Beds and furniture were comfy. Would have loved to have some blankets for the chilly nights. We had 4 teenagers with us so they weren’t happy that the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. We didn’t mind however! We had a fabulous time and loved Destin!

Parking is a nightmare!

The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived, the 11 months legs and hands were black by the time we unpacked everything so I had to buy a mop so that I could clean the floor. The carpet is nasty and needs to be removed! IThe biggest problem was that we had 3 cars and the condo comes with 2 parking spots. There is only a few extra parking spaces that are almost impossible to get. We had to park a car across the street for a $1.00 an hour for the first 2 1/2 days but it doesn't allow over night parking between 4:00am-7:00am so we had to move it every night into an open handicap spot and hope we didn't get a ticket! By the second day we were so stressed about the parking situation I was ready to pack up and go home. We had to constantly check the garage for an open spot and we were able to get one on the 3rd day. We would stay there agian if they would remove all the carpets and Destin would build a parking garage for overnight parking.

Amazing location and beautiful condo

My family and I had an amazing time at this condo. It is centrally located to all amenities, and has an amazing pool, if you are not a beach goer. Highly recommend this location and will use them again in the future.
