Slip away to the peaceful beach atmosphere of Holiday Surf and Racquet Club to enjoy mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect home base for your beach getaway. The unit is just steps from the private beach.

Sleeping 7, this clean, spacious and well appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect setting for the vacation of your dreams. Featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with a twin over queen in the second bedroom and a new sleeper sofa, there is plenty of space for you and your guests.

The condo features tile flooring throughout, a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances (fall 2023), a large eat-in dining area with dry bar, 2 luxurious bathrooms (master with walk in shower, guest with bath tub).

Enjoy the beauty of the white sand beach from the private balcony with a bar height table and three chairs, and view of the pool, pool deck, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, and full private beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas available from the resort for a fee.

Complimentary cable to be enjoyed on your choice of three smart televisions allowing access a variety of apps, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Free Wifi included.

* Don't forget about the complimentary beach service comprising of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 thru October 31.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Destin! The views were spectacular and we felt like we were home the moment we walked into the unit! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our host Clark was easy to communicate with and super responsive to all our questions! Don’t look any further for a place to stay! We look forward to visiting again!

I was a bit surprised when we walked in and all the walls were white - not like the photos online. Personally I prefer the warmer tones - pre-updating. Having said that, it was still a great place to vacation!

Wonderful unit and was just as shown! We had a great week!! Only draw back to rent again is no washer and dryer and can only get clean linens and towels on Tuesday and Friday !! The laundry lady was rude and did not wanna give us enough to last until Friday, which was the day we checked out!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! We have had great experiences both times. The location is perfect. We have young kids so we love the idea of just being able to go right up to the room for lunch, etc. we also travel far and it’s nice that the condo comes with beach gear to keep us from having to haul it!! Host is very easy to communicate with and is prompt with responses!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! Our party ranged in age from 22-82, and the condo was perfect for us. My parents both use canes to walk, and had no issues inside the building, condo, elevators, or the walk to the beach. Very clean, comfy furniture, and PERFECT location to get to all of the restaurants we wanted to try! Thank you for your prompt communication, as well!

This was our first family vacation with our son. He is a BIG fan of the beach. the location was so convenient for us, as well as all of the accommodations included with this. the staff of the development were nothing but the sweetest people. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at the resort was amazing! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and located perfected. The only thing we did not like was the washer/dryer room. When we would dry towels, they did not seem to get dry enough and were still quite damp. We would have to end up air drying them.

The staff and crew were very helpful and very friendly. The building, elevators, swimming pool and premises were very clean . There was always a cleaning crew wiping elevators and mopping floors. Very clean feel Pool always being maintained and crystal clear. So nice to walk outside your condo with just footsteps to the pool and beach. Umbrellas and chairs set everyday by 8:00 am Unit 415 had a comfy bed and great size kitchen with new appliances The Harbor Walk was a very quick drive Enjoyable stay 😎

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. The host was quick to respond to all questions however was not very helpful in accommodating us with our baby rental items. The staff at the resort was very friendly. Location of the condo was ideal, steps away from the ocean and minutes from numerous restaurants. TV was difficult to use in the living room. There was no dishwasher soap or dish soap provided so we had to go out and buy some. While we were there, there was a boil water advisory which was inconvenient especially with an 8 month old. Overall happy with our stay.

Perfect spot to stay for first timers to Destin. Nice people and very helpful on what to do. Only problem for me was the remote for living room TV. Couldn't get it to just have cable TV. Should have directions for TV operation. To many remotes to deal with Or I should bring my 8 year old grandson next time. But all in all it will not be a deal breaker. We would go back again for sure. Thanks

We gad a great time here. Beach was beautiful and the beach service is wonderful! We had trouble checking in, there is a gate and if you dont have your gate code yet and the desk was not answering. But rgat was the only problem.
