The Space:

This first‑floor condo at Dolphin Point offers a comfortable and convenient retreat in a prime Destin location. Thoughtfully designed and well equipped, the home provides everything you need for a relaxing and stress‑free vacation. With easy access to community amenities, nearby beaches, harbor views, and local dining and entertainment, it’s an ideal home base for beach lovers, boaters, and anyone looking to enjoy the laid‑back coastal lifestyle.



Living Room & Patio:

The living room is warm and inviting, centered around a cozy sectional accented with coastal décor and soft pillows—perfect for unwinding after a day in Destin. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass doors and side windows, giving the space an open, airy feel. Enjoy movie nights or your favorite shows on the wall‑mounted smart TV with cable while settling into the laid‑back beach vibe. Just off the living room, the private patio features a charming bistro table with seating for two, offering a peaceful spot for morning coffee or relaxing with a drink while enjoying the calm outdoor atmosphere.



Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen utensils and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a toaster and blender for added convenience. Warm wooden countertops, ample cabinet space, and a dedicated pantry provide plenty of room for food storage and meal prep. Start your mornings with your choice of a single‑cup Keurig or a drip coffee maker, then gather around the glass‑top dining table with seating for six—perfect for shared meals, games, or conversation—or enjoy casual bites at the counter with bar‑stool seating for three.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Primary Bedroom: features a comfortable king‑size bed, a smart TV with cable, a large dresser for extra clothing storage, a mirror, and ample closet space. The ensuite bathroom offers a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, providing both convenience and privacy during your stay.



Bedroom #2: includes two twin‑size beds and a queen‑size bed, along with a smart TV with cable and a dresser beneath the TV for added storage. Room‑darkening shades and ample closet space help make this a comfortable and flexible option for families or groups.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is paid only and available for up to 2 vehicles. All parking is managed by the HOA through a third-party payment site. The cost is $50 per vehicle, payable directly through the link provided prior to your arrival.

• You're just a 6-minute walk from exclusive Holiday Isle beach access—no crowds, just sugar-white sand and emerald waters!

• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.

• High‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the condo.

• The bedrooms do not have ceiling fans; however, portable fans are provided for your comfort.

• Beach gear is provided for your convenience, including a beach wagon, four beach towels, and four beach chairs.

• Guests have access to on‑site washer and dryer facilities, conveniently operated by coin or mobile payment.

• Please note that golf carts and trailers are not permitted on the property.

• Boat docks are not available for guest use and are reserved for authorized owners only.

• A beach gate access card will be provided and must be carried with you to enter the private beach access.

For an easy and scenic way to explore the area, guests can also call the Destin Water Taxi for a boat ride over to HarborWalk Village.



Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.



Essentials & Guidebook:

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
