West 1002 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the tenth floor, West 1002 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. You, your family, and your friends are sure to spend every spare moment capturing views of the pristine Emerald Coast waters and unbelievable white sand beaches in West 1002!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 1st, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer set so you can keep your clothing and beach towels pristine throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, carpeting, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features travertine tile, a large jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
