West 206 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the second-floor lobby level, West 206 offers breathtaking views of the gulf from your balcony. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. From the moment you enter West 206, you will feel as if you are in paradise!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 24th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

As an end condo, you’ll find more than enough space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV as there's additional space inside and out. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished wrap-around beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV with game hook-ups. The third guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, the third guest bedroom, and the living area is a full guest bathroom with a large tub/shower combination.
