It was a wonderful accommodation with a great view of Destin Beach. The bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was also powerful, allowing me to relax in a comfortable temperature.

The view was amazing. The mattress of the sofabed was very uncomfortable as well the pillows. One of the closest doors was broken. Storage/closest was filled with paint buckets and other carpentry supplies.

The property felt extremely dirty. I understand it is under construction but it was ridiculous on how badly the conditions were. The floors in our room were sticky, the couch's were sticky. Only good thing about my stay was the view from the balcony and the girls at the front desks politeness.

The place was spacious and as described… however, there were a few things that made the stay not as enjoyable. The room cost was very reasonable. The room was very clean and spacious and the elevators were fast. The location was IDEAL !!! I plan on staying here again. We found out afterwards that our floor was managed by a different company than the one that manages the entire building. Vacasa. They gave us bad information. They said there was no front desk to check in - wrong. They said there was a lockbox and a key - wrong. Check in was VERY confusing and frustrating until my wife went inside and found out that there was a front desk. The staff was super helpful and the rest of the stay was a joy !! Now that we have been there once, we won’t go anywhere else.

The condo was clean but the floors were nasty. The socks were black from walking around BEFORE going to the beach. The stay was great. Wish there was more flexibility on check in. Arrived 2 hours earlier than planned. Wasn’t allowed to check in until the actual check in time.

The lobby is clean and staff is nice. The room needs renovations. Tub doesn't drain fast enough while taking a shower and the toilets flushes slow. There is mildew on the shower walls and shower curtain. The toilet paper holder is broken and the couch is in need of major repair or a new one. Room is outdated. Nice view though

Pictures in Expedia was not what was experienced. Others vacationers through Vacasa shared same sentiment at the beach. Rooms were horrible. Do better!

My room is not clean to stay. When I first entered the room, the floor was wet and sticky. I and my husband have to mop the floor again. But the wet on the floor happened again and repeat all days I stay. May be something wrong with the A/C. That’s thing a big problem to my trip. It makes my trip mad.

I pay extra for a room with ocean view, and they just give me a room were you can barely see the water, I call and whoever answered told me they were gonna call me, and they never did, the place is nice, it was clean and with everything you need to cook, but it’s upsetting making an effort to pay extra for a room, and then you get something completely different, for me that’s a way to trick people by saying “ocean view” just cause you can see a small part of it, they should be more honest in the description and the pictures, so you ain’t paying for something that is not real!

Unit was nice. Kitchen was very functional, a good variety of small appliances. Nice newer stove and fridge - ice maker was a PLUS!! If you like a "softer" mattress - then you'll like the bed. The sofa/bed in the living room needs attention. If its "new" it was a cheap purchase, and if its "old" it needs to be replaced. You only need to sit on it once to know what im taking about.
